An early engineering sample of the AMD K6, clocked at 233 MHz. The K6 featured 64 KB of L1 cache (32KB + 32KB) and no L2 cache (was external). It was built using the 0.25 µm process and required 3.20V for the core. The first 0.25 µm AMD K6 was launched in January, 6th 1998 at 233 MHz. We added a new K6 233 ES Mobile (2.2V)
