ZILOG Z8594 ES UPS XRAM 2584 ES

A strange chip, manufactured by Zilog. The Z8594 is a universal peripheral controller, with external RAM. The external RAM is another chip (HM6116P) on the top of the Z8594. This controller was manufactured in mid-84.
