Here is a rare, very late Pentium II OverDrive engineering sample. This CPU was used to upgrade an old Socket 8 Motherboard (Pentium Pro) to the new Pentium II "Klamath" core. It includes 512 KB L2 cache as well as MMX instructions set. The frequency was set at 333 MHz, much higher than any Pentium Pro (max. 200 MHz). This sample was built in May 1997, much later than other known Pentium II OD Sample.
