Two nice early engineering samples of the Pentium II. Both were built on the Klamath core (0.35 µm) with 512 KB L2 Cache off-chip. They were clocked at 266 MHz without ECC correction for L2. The first Sample was built in January 1997, 3 months before the official introduction, the second, one month later. You can notice the unusual top INTEL marking on the second sample.
