An early sample of the very first Mobile Pentium II, based on the initial Tonga Core within a 240-pin Mini-Cartridge Assembly (MCA). This CPU was built 3 months before the introduction of that new product line. We were not able to determine the exact frequency of this sample, but it uses 5.5 ns L2 cache chips, so it's probably either a 266 MHz or a 300 MHz part.
