This sample use the very first Willamette stepping (A0), unmarked but believed to be QT50 ES. Built in September 1999, more than a year before the official release of the Pentium 4, it runs at 1 GHz and doesn't include any L2 cache. The die is still packaged in a 42.5mm OLGA package, which was dropped later for 31mm OLGA.
