All Intel Itanium used a 133 MHz System Bus. This particular sample is the lowest frequency known. Clocked at 500 MHz, it use a very uncommon FSB Frequency of 100 MHz. However, this sample is newer than the 533 MHz Itanium shown on this website. The Itanium 500 was produced in April 2000 and the first commercial CPU, clocked at 733 MHz, was launched in mid-2001.
