Two samples of the Pentium 4 1.4 GHz, one built somewhere near the end of June 2000, the other some weeks before the official launch. QU43 ES is a pre-qualification sample built on the B0 stepping while the QAQ2 is a final qualification sample with the same B2 stepping as the commercial Willamette at launch. Both includes 256K of L2 cache.
